The Munay Journey provides individualized pathways and tools to best suit your personal needs and goals. Munay means "unconditional love"in the Quechua language – the language that is connected to the traditional sacred arts of Andean Mysticism, which is known for its profound wisdom as well as its high code of ethics.

The capacity of developing Munay (unconditional love) and to create Beauty along our Path – will be thecompassguiding us on our spiritual and life journey.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation is a state of deep inner stillness and peace.

By tapping into this state of peace and calmness and attuning ourselves to our spiritual essence we can bring about positive changes in our lives, improving overall health.

Shamanic Healing

The shamanic healing process helps you to transform anything that is no longer functional in your life and to let go of things that are no longer serving you.

We will look into specific issues and what you experience as a problem in life, focusing on lessons and opportunities and addressing the personal qualities you wish to recover or expand.

Life Coaching

This work is going to be a transformative experience, a very holistic journey towards wholeness, healing and self-discovery.

We are going to start a journey adopting selected methods provided by shamanic healing, yoga and meditation. Lifestyle and nutrition habits will be taken into account as well. We will work together to create a customized plan for your needs.
